Cancer Hope Network

The Cancer Hope Network provides emotional support to patients affected by cancer, and their caregivers, by connecting those individuals with a support volunteer who has survived cancer. With more than 400 support volunteers, the Cancer Hope Network makes matches based on the specific cancer diagnosis, treatment protocol, and other factors, giving patients an opportunity to speak to a support volunteer whose experience closely mirrors their own. Partners for Breast Cancer Care

Partners for Breast Cancer Care, Inc. is a unique organization that is dedicated to serving our community's low-income women and men who desperately need our help. The organization funds breast screening, diagnostic testing and treatment for underserved Lee County women and men. Partners for Breast Cancer Care offers no-cost breast health care to low-income Lee County residents, many of whom have nowhere else to turn for assistance.

Patient Advocate Foundation

The Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF), a national nonprofit organization, provides financial aid to individuals with chronic and life-threatening illnesses, including cancer. Professional case managers who are employed by PAF identify and reduce barriers to accessing care; there is no charge for these services. The Assistance Fund (TAF) is an independent charitable patient assistance foundation that helps patients and families facing high medical out-of-pocket costs by providing financial assistance for their copayments, co-insurance, deductibles, and other health-related expenses.
