Overview
Dr. Burns, a native of Forest, MS, earned his undergraduate degree from Ole Miss and has practiced urology in Asheville since 2018. He specializes in diagnosing and treating genitourinary cancers, performing open, robotic, and laparoscopic surgeries, and reconstructive procedures on the kidney and ureter.
His expertise also includes kidney stone prevention and treatment, as well as managing benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Board-certified by the American Board of Urology, Dr. Burns is a member of the American Urological Association and the Society of Urologic Oncology.
